PRIVATE INSTRUCTION FOR GUITAR, BASS, PIANO, DRUMS, AND VOICE

STRUM MUSIC SCHOOL POLICIES

- If you cannot make your scheduled lesson, we ask that you give at least 24 hours notice by phone before the lesson’s starting time.  (PLEASE CALL THE MAIN SCHOOL NUMBER – NOT YOUR TEACHER’S CELL NUMBER.)  If you do not give 24 hours notice that you won’t be attending your lesson, that lesson will be forfeited. Please understand… it’s not that we are unsympathetic to last minute illnesses and other of life’s inconveniences. We simply ask that you understand our teachers need to be compensated for their time.

- You may miss one lesson (with 24 hrs. notice of cancellation) without charge to you, each calendar month. Any other missed lessons in a single calendar month will be forfeited.

- We do not reschedule lessons. (Though we may try to do so for you in rare cases if your teacher has another available opening that same week. This is, of course, subject to availability.)

- There are no refunds, but lessons are transferable, e.g., you may give (or sell) your lessons to a friend. You just need to notify us of this.

- Lessons expire if you go longer than six months without taking a lesson.
