*tablature: An easy to understand form of musical notation using numbers to indicate finger placement on the guitar neck. Many of the best rock, pop, and blues guitarists in the world learned to play by tablature and never learned to read music.
FUN FACTS
Acoustic Guitars with hollow bodies have been in use for over a thousand years. The first electrically amplified guitar was invented by George Beauchamp in 1931. Nowadays we have electric guitars that actually tune themselves! Gibson invented the “Robot Guitar” in 2007.
